We are continuing to see an increase in foreclosed properties coming to market.  And we are now seeing banks list properties below market value.  A perfect example is a home listed last week at $142,500.  This was a four bedroom home, three years old, on a cul-de-sac in Martins Crossing. It should have been listed at $180,000 and probably would have sold for at least $165,000.  Instead, the bank listed it at $142,500 and one of my clients was at the home and signing a contract within one hour.  How?
