After receiving a reminder about its 4th annual neighborhood yard sale coming up on November 9th, I realized I was overdue to write an Adiron Woods home sales report. This new Tallahassee neighborhood located off of Walden Road (near the intersection of I-10 and Mahan Drive) has seen the number of new home purchases rise nicely since home prices dropped down to $250,000. But it took something else entirely to bring homebuyers back. We get a lot of traffic on our Tallahassee Real Estate Website from people looking for information on specific subdivisions. One of the most actively "searched" subdivisions in Tallahassee is the Adiron Woods Subdivision. This Tallahassee neighborhood is a little more than two years old, and is located near the intersection of Mahan East (Hwy 90) and I-10, just off Walden Road.Taking a quick peak at what is going on yields some interesting information that probably typifies best what is happening to much of the new home sales in the Tallahassee real estate market.
