Have you ever gone back to take a look at your first star? Have you notice the difference in your writing from then to now? Now with the new team blogs (I was invitied to write for Club Chaos) I was going back to take a look at some of my blog post. It made me think of who my target audience was at the time. It seems my audience was here on the Rain to other agents. I guess I wasn't using ActiveRain to its fullest potential! I remember reading an article about personal photos. You know you are taught to remove all family pictures so the new buyers can place themselves in the home instead of looking at the current homeowners. When I wrote this post I was not expecting the respond I got. So take a look at my first star, then go back and take a look at yours. Has your writing changed? And ...

Have you ever been on a roll where the thoughts to blog coming like second nature? Then all of a sudden, bam you are stuck with the slightest idea on what to write. Who are we to target? Do I continue  to target my market? Do I target services in my market? All want about to the Realtors to network with? Either way I have come up dry? So I have noticed my stats going down. But at the same time I have noticed my phone ringing. Buyers are contacting me. They are finding me here on the rain. So  my slump needs to end. I need to be able to reach the buyers and sellers of my area. I want to be able to see my google juice clime again, but my mind draws a blank every time I try to post something. So I am looking for help. I need ideas! I don't want to write about the same things over and over ...

OK one of the things we do is network. And network with all types of people. In our Roldex we should at our fingertips bwe able to pull out people we need in certain times. Now I have at this time a great: Insurance Agent Inspector A Handyman Mortgage Rep Now what I am looking for a Landscaper. you would think I would be able to find them, since there are a dime a dozen. But yet still no luck. So I am asking for some major help inthis area. Any South Florida Agents have a good landscaper that you work with, that without a doubt refer them over. That would be a plus! Looking forward to either hearing from you or leaving a comment here. And if you are a landscaper, please I would love to talk with you!

Yeah I did it! I got it done! Man that prep was horrible, but was very necessary. I had to force myself to drink all that stuff. Well AR I finally did my Colonoscopy and Endoscopy done today. I was very nervous, but at the same time very happy that this day was here finally! It went very well and quick. It turns out that I have Gastritis and Diverticulitis. OK so now I know what my problem is now what the Dr. says I need to do is change my diet. Stay away from fatty foods, fried foods, caffenine ( man I am going to miss my Coke and Coffee!) But I have to do what is going to make me feel better!! So now you all have been updated and thank you all for your concerns!!!

OK as many of you know last month I was hospitalized with severe abdominal pain. I was to get several test done, but because it was the holidays, they had put it off. I didn't want to stay in the hospital and miss Christmas with my kids. So I was discharged. I was not 100%, but felt much better than when I got in. I had been feeling much better and was waiting to meet with the GI doctor. The appointment was set for Jan 22. But on Friday I woke up with the severe pains again and could not move. Making matters worse, all 3 of my kids are sick with the flu. Now was not a time to be getting this pain. I called my husband and told him it was starting again. I was able to get an appointment with the GI doctor that day and my husband rushed home to take me. He didn't want me driving by myself ...

About 2 months ago there was an incident at a local high school here in Broward County. A student was shot on campus and unfortunately died. There was some speculation that some students had mention that a student was carrying a weapon. Not sure what ever came of it. But now Broward County has now started a tip line through TXT messages. These tips can be sent anonymously, if they wanted to. I think its great that Broward County has adapted to technology and has given the students a way to inform personnel without feeling ridiculed by there peers. Here is a caption from todays paper stating so. Broward County
