Today the Pasco County Commissioners finally gave approval for the Wiregrass Ranch development.Phase I of this ginormous 5,000 acre community will consist of 6,000 single family homes and 4,000 multi-family homes and retail development  At issue was the mitigation on proportionate share credits for the developer.  Commissioner Cox clearly pointed out his concerns over setting a new precedent due to the "uniqueness" of this mega-community and its future cost to Pasco County taxpayers. The Wiregrass project has IV Phases in total.Included in the plan is the extension of State Road 56 from Bruce B.
