Banks need Responsible REO Listing Agents!     As a preferred Reo Listing Agent for major Banks/Servicers  my job is to be the seller’s eye & ear on the ground. Usually sellers are distance/states away from their assets and need a responsible take-charge agent/broker to get the job done. In my years of marketing Reo listings I have never place a Listing on the market with “MOLD”. On Tuesday I showed a Condo with no prior warning the unit is invested with “Black” mold. One minute into the unit & I cough and sneeze for the next 45 minutes. The potential buyer was having asthma-like symptoms.
