Home prices in Ironhorse Country Club continue to increase at significant levels in the first quarter of 2015 compared with first quarter 2014. During the first three months of 2015 there were five homes sold in Ironhorse at a median price of $470,000, a full 20 percent higher than first quarter 2014.
