Finding opportunities in the highly sought after neighborhood of Lake Claire is not easy.  In fact, many neighborhood renters are finding they are being priced out of their community.  Now is the time to buy in a sweet enclave of only 8 townhomes in Lake Claire.   This is an updated unit with all new appliances, fresh paint, hardwoods on the main level and new carpet upstairs.  Enjoy the stunning hydrangea in the private back courtyard.  Two levels feels like more space and adds privacy.  Walk to great neighborhood gems such as the Flying Biscuit, Fellinis, and La Fonda.  Close to parks and MARTA and part of the coveted school district of Mary Lin Elementary, Inman Middle, and GradyHigh School. .
