Twelve Centennial Condos - Changes in Financing Options   Condos for Sale in Twelve Centennial   In 2013 I sold a unit in Twleve Centennial that was financed using an FHA loan.  The transaction was a little rough, but we got it done.   This year we obtained a new listing in Twelve Centennial (a very nice two bedroom with a downtown view), and we assumed that FHA financing was still available to potential buyers.   After reading Thom Abbot's featured post, I was prompted to check on the status of Twelve Centennial.  Well it turns out that Twelve Centennial is not currently approved for FHA financing.  I went to the HUD condo approval website to get this information.   After checking the HUD condo approval website, it looks as though Twelve Centennial (legal name is 400 West Peachtree Res...

Twelve Centennial - You Never Know Who You Will Meet There Yesterday afternoon I was driving through Twelve Centennial to drop off my agent and business partner Joseph Anthony Banks when he spotted the very lovely Gal Gadot of Fast and Furious fame.  We had to do the celebrity thing and get a picture with her.  I must say that she and her husband were VERY nice people. I was going to simply get a quick picture, and they beckoned me to get out of the car and pose with her.  Yaron Varona, her husband then took our picture. Not sure if they were taking a moment to vacation in Atlanta or if she was working on a film.  We have an increasing number of shows and movie being filmed in Georgia.  I read where Gal is going to be Wonder Woman in the upcoming Batman vs. Superman movie.  That will be...

Twelve Centennial - Changes in Parking Residents at Twelve Centennial Condos enjoy gated parking with one to two spaces based on each individual unit.  For their guests, there is the option of parking on the street (W Peachtree or Ivan Allen Blvd), or parking in the garage of Twelve Centennial. If residents' guests decide to park in the Twelve Centennial deck (enter in back on Spring Street), there are some changes that have taken place in the last month - most importantly an increase in fees.  Previously the fee structure had a grace period of one hour.  The grace period is gone.   Guests and visitors at Twelve Centennial pay $3 for the first hour.  One to two hours will cost $6.  Two to three hours will cost a guest $9, and three or more hours cost $11.
