I love the North Georgia Mountains and one day while Breana and I we're up that way we ran up on the following place called "Black Bear Ridge"  talk about a beautiful place.  Well I am pleased to say that I have now met the terrific agent for the community and according to her the developer is willing to do owner financing, knock 15% off lot prices, give free water hook up and free water for a year and waive the POA fee for a year! If you know of anyone who wants a beautiful Mountain View Lot...that's the place. Black Bear is a Premier Log Home Community...so only cabins can be built in here... Breana and I went up to the Ellijay mountains to visit with my parents and ran across this beautiful subdivision called Black Bear Ridge Mountain sitting well off the beaten path.  Ever since we purchased the flip video we try and take it every where we go. We have such a great time with it. I took several videos while visiting with my parents.  I tried to locate the Black Bear Ridge Mountain community again on the map and couldn't so I did the next best thing, I have inclued some great real estate agents from the area to help you.
