Why did my listing expire is a question many sellers ask themselves.  Listings expire mainly for three reasons: price, condition or marketing. Price is extremely important, especially in a buyers market. With an abundance of inventory, building in "negotiating room" is only going to help your competition sell their homes. Senior Center in Johns Creek Georgia set to open Johns Creek is set to have yet another fantastic addition to its community!  The city is going to spend $565,000 of federal grant money to renovate the historic Newtown School to use as a senior center in Johns Creek.  The new senior center will be operated by Senior Services North Fulton, which currently operates centers in Sandy Springs, Roswell and Alpharetta.  Construction on the renovations is set to start by early summer with hopes of having the senior center in Johns Creek open in early 2011.  The facility is 4,800 square feet and will include two classrooms, a meeting hall, two large studios and an office.  Senior Services North Fulton will use input from the seniors in the area to decide on activities that will take place at the ...
