The City of Roswell is bringing its popular series of free concerts to the bank of the Chattahoochee River. The annual Roswell Riverside Sounds will be kicking off its 2014 season on May 3. Selling My Baby - Roswell GA Home For Sale Homes are something like children, especially when you have owned one since 1980.  They are part of the family.  It may be hard to part with them when it comes time to sell. You see I hit the jackpot in Las Vegas in 1980 while on a business trip out West. Won $12,400 and used it to buy a house ($8,000 down-payment and assumed a 13% loan which I refinanced and eventually paid off) in Roswell GA.  I lived there 15 years from 1980 to 1995.
