Thomasville Gold Bow for the CURE To kick off National Childhood Cancer Awareness month (September), the local Thomasville area CURE team will be holding their Thomasville Gold Bow for the CURE sale.  From 10am to 4pm this Saturday, August 31st, 2013, the CURE Childhood Cancer team will be selling gold bows for just $10 each.  They will be working in conjunction with Alex's Lemonade Stand to help raise money to fund research to find a cure for and support for families of children with cancer. Thomasville Woodstork 2013 In 1969, there was Woodstock.  Forty-four years later, there is Woodstork.  Thomasville Woodstork 2013 marks the second year that Birdsong Nature Center hosted this fabulous fundraiser for their feathered friends.  Thomasville Woodstork 2013 promises to offer four hours of beaks and music for everyone to enjoy.
