When I work with Buyers I exercise due diligence to the fullest.  If they email me with inquiries on properties, I respond with more than just an answer.  I back up my answers with pdf files of information that will assist them in knowing what the Hawaii Island is all about, brochures, booklets on packaged homes, etc.  Whatever the question is, I have more than just an answer.  04/19/2007
