The number of Land sales in our Puna Real Estate district are down since thier peak in March of 2005. Puna is one of 9 Real Estate districts on the Big Island of Hawaii.  (Click here to view a map that shows the location of Puna on the Big Island of Hawaii).  We had a modest peak in March of 2007.  We have been in a steady downward trending market since.  27 Puna Land sales have taken place so far in December.
