You know Maui is just an incredible place to live, but everyone needs to get a way from their daily routine.  For me it is a trip to Costa Rica with my wife for 2 weeks.  Great beaches, excellent surfing, nature hikes and eating a lot of great food.  All good things must come to an end. Back to work selling Maui real estate. In case your wondering, this is up at the volcano in Costa Rica.  Love the hot springs.  Anyway back to the grueling pace on Maui.  Yesterday I had a board meeting with a client in Spreckelsville Maui.  We had a power lunch discussing Maui real estate, then off to a board meeting for two hours of windsurfing on Maui's northshore.  I know my clients and their needs so two hours was enough to close out the day.  Its all in a day and life of being a Maui Realtor.  So i... 06/01/2012

You never know what you're going to see in Paia Maui, so bring your camera I always take my camera with me on trips to Paia Maui because you never know what you'll see.  It's such a charming little northshore beach town filled with interesting shops and characters. Today I saw fresh cocoa pods for sale in Mana Foods.  I saw a young daughter of an old friend, all grown up and beautiful.  I saw a new store giving away tacos and hibiscus tea.  I saw cotton plants growing in front of the Paia Dharma Center.  And of course I saw plenty of big waves rolling in at Ho'okipa Beach Park. Aloha Friday - big waves and rainbows on Maui's north shore Today was absolutely beautiful on Maui.  After a week of rainy winter weather it was so nice to feel the sunshine and see some big waves along the north shore by Paia Maui. Kitesurfers were out in force, as well as windsurfers, and photographers in helicopters. Big wave season is upon us on Maui's north shore It's that time of year again, when the winter swells hit the north shore of the Hawaiian islands.  Ho'okipa Beach Park is the favorite place on Maui for windsurfers and surfers to test themselves against the forces of nature.  There were only a few surfers out when I passed by. This guy has the right idea and I bet he got some great shots of the waves.  Plenty of people were watching the big sets roll in today.
