Maunaleo at Kehalani - a Wailuku Maui neighborhood Maunaleo at Kehalani is a planned community by Stanford Carr Development, with 5 styles of homes ranging from 1,400 - 2.152 sf of interior living space. This new single family residential subdivision can be found on the gentle slopes of the West Maui Mountains in Wailuku Maui Hawaii.  About 80 homes here were built in 2005 and 2006 and sold out during the real estate peak.  At that time sale prices ranged from $409,000 - $825,000. As we know, things have changed since then.  What it means is that some of the homeowners were no longer able to afford their homes and have had to sell at prices far below what they paid.  This means good value for new buyers.       Currently there are only 3 MLS listings in Maunaleo, and 2 of those are short...

What I can tell you there’s no slowing down the foreclosure rate here on Maui.
