Is having your real estate sign in with your listings first picture cheating?  I have been told to take pictures of just my sign off listing pictures.  On all cooperating brokerages websites your picture will be displayed.  Is this fair to the other brokerages?  Or am I just indirectly advertising through thier websites? 06/30/2008

It appears as though the FDA has completed the traceback of salmonella in tomato's. They have found that the infected tomato's came from certain farms in Mexico and Florida and are searching out other cases that may have occurred in parts of Texas. Currently the FDA is recommending the consumption of raw red plum, raw red roma and raw red round tomatoes that come from places other than the above mention areas.Since I was unsure of what exactly salmonella was I had to look it up the other day. Here's a new idea, or should I say, an old idea finaly gaining recognition. A month or so ago I overheard an interview on Dwyer & Michaels (a local radio talk show). Something about a guy who gets some 50-60 miles to the gallon in his cavalier by "hypermiling". I didn't think much of it at the time but, after my wife said something I decided to try it out. Basically, its improving your current driving style to get better gas mileage. First thing I did was increase the air pressure in my SUV tires (and of course my wifes tires as well). At a glance they looked to be relatively full. Nope, 28 psi on a tire rated for 45 psi. And here I thought I took care of my vehicles.
