If you pre enroll in a Post License or Continuing Education class and your license is within 60 days of expiration, we will not cancel the class. If there have been no pre enrollments, and no commitments to attend class 5 days prior to the class date, the class is subject to be rescheduled in six months. If you need the 14 hour continuing education after all classes are over and time is short, one option is the open book test. REALTOR-assisted "Closed" single-family home sales in the city of Davenport, Iowa decreased by 5.7% in the first two quarters of 2007, down from the same period in 2006.With 630 closed sales transactions from January 1 to June 30, 2007, the Davenport market showed a decrease of 38 units (5.7%) from the 2006 total of 668 closed sales transactions.On a happier note for home sellers, the average sales price of home sales that closed during the same period showed a respectable increase of 3.3%: up from $122,454 in 2006, ...
