The numbers are in for the Foxcroft subdivision on the west side of aurora for the first quarter of 2011. Foxcroft is located on the corner of Sullivan and Edgelawn and backs up to some open space on the west side. Foxcroft is a master-planned community and contains a mix of detached single-family homes, carriage homes, condos and townhomes. The detached single family homes market in Foxcroft was rather stagnant in the first quarter of 2011.
