Real Estate Market Snapshot: Batavia IL 60510     Wondering how the real estate market in Batavia, IL (60510) is doing?  Here's a quick snapshot of the housing market for August, 2014.   New Listings are up 14.7% over last year with a total of 546 homes for sale in Batavia, IL With the influx of new listings, pending home sales are down 5.3% but closed sales remain unchanged.
