Buffalo Grove real estate market...  How is the Buffalo Grove real estate market doing?  I actually thought that for the last year, the Buffalo Grove Real Estate Market in certain price ranges was holding its own.  I was wrong....  Unfortunately, the actual statistics reflect a significant reduction in average sales price in the Buffalo Grove Real Estate Market.  The Buffalo Grove Real Estate Market in May of 2011 was as follows.  26 Buffalo Grove homes sold with an average Buffalo Grove sales price of $302,435.  The average days on the market was 114 days. Just one year before in 2010 there were 28 homes Buffalo Grove sold in May 2010 with an average sales price $382,684.  The average days on the market in 2010 in Buffalo Grove was 109.    Most of the decrease in average sales pricein ... 06/12/2011
