The latest report from the Northwest Realtor Association regarding the Buffalo Grove Home Sales through May is looking good. Sales are up from 2009 and so is the number of homes that were sold in Buffalo Grove this year. In 2009 we had 54 single family homes sold through May and this year we have 89 single family homes sold through May. That is an increase of 64.8%. The average sales price has gone up 2.3% from $339,323 to $347,062 as well. Most of the surround area’s are still in declining numbers so although this is a small increase in pricing, it is a major factor as to why people still favor Buffalo Grove when searching for a new home.
