We received an email today from what appears to be a NEW mortgage broker in the "Little Village" neighborhood. He stated that he is looking to quickly build his client base and to network with REALTORS and investors so that he may offer the great programs that his company has to offer. We hope everyone had a great 4th of July! It is hard to believe the summer is half over. Our kids go back to school in 7 weeks!!!We started off our day in the annual Carol Stream 4th of July Parade. We have participated in this parade for the last 8 years. Our children always look forward to walking in the parade. We wear our "Orze Team" t-shirts and our RE/MAX red, white and blue hats and we are good to go(the 4 of us are standing in front of the float)!! This year there were roughly 100 entries in the parade. The theme was- Carol Stream's MVP- Most Valuable People. Carol Stream will be hosting their annual 4th of July parade on Wednesday, July 4th. This year's theme is     Carol Stream's MVP - Many Valuable People. The parade starts at the corner of County Farm Road and Lies Road promptly at 10:00am. The parade route is Lies Rd going east to Gary Ave. ending at Ross Ferraro Town Center.   Carol Stream is having their 34th annual Bicycle Rodeo Saturday June 2, 2007.  This event is sponsored by the Carol Stream Police Department.
