Today, February 19 we took a walk by the lake front in between appointments I had showing property. It was almost 60 degrees out, sunny and a true blue sky. There is a shortage of mid-priced single family homes.The main goal here is to look at a 30-day time frame that ends February 14, 2017 as compared with the same space of one year ago.
