I have a new buyer who might like your listing in Mill Creek, Geneva.  So why I am writing to you today? My buyer sent me a list of homes to see this weekend, as well as a description of a yellow house in a particular neighborhood they saw when they were out driving around. It couldn't find it in the mls so I drove over there to solve this mystery. Geneva IL Market Report | Single Family Homes | December 1, 2011 The Geneva single family home real estate market is finishing up with good results in 2011. The total number of sales is slightly lower and the average sold price is lower than in 2010. 254 closed sales in 2011 versus 266 in the same period in 2010 The average sold price is $309,356 in 2011 versus $341,524 in 2010.
