Highland Park Real Estate Market Update.  Being a Real Estate Broker along Chicago's North Shore it seems to me that everyone is always asking me how the market is doing. Is it because they are thinking about buying or selling, need to sell or just plain curious.  Because I never know exactly the reason for this question - I give an overall picture of how the market is doing. Well, in Highland Park IL the property sales have increased as well as the median sales price.
