May 2016 sales were at a mid level compared to May of 2015 and 2014. May YTD sales of 40 are running -32.2% behind last year's year-to-date sales of 59. The Median Sales Price in May was $515,000, up 27.2% from $405,000 in May of 2015 and down -5.3% from $544,000 last month. The Average Sales Price in May was $562,500, up 29.9% from $432,907 in May of 2015 and up 6.6% from $527,667 last month. May 2016 ASP was at highest level compared to May of 2015 and 2014.
