This Randall Highlands North Aurora market report covers property sales during all of 2011 as well as a look ahead to 2012. The past year was a mixed year for North Aurora real estate - inventory was high through much of the year and due to this, prices have continued to decline. This is still a foreclosure and short sale driven market and Randall Highlands is no exception. We did see some improvement in market activity particularly in the last quarter that we hope will continue through this year. Let's take a look at the numbers: Unfortunately there were no townhome sales in Randall Highlands in 2011. However, there is good news - 2012 already looks like it will be a busy year based on current buyer activity. Randall Highlands North Aurora is a small community of both townhomes and detached single family homes located near the Randall Crossing mall on the SW corner of the intersection of Orchard and Randall Roads. Randall Highlands was originally intended to be mostly a townhomes community with a smaller section of detached-style homes in the back built by Wiseman-Hughes. However, due to the maket, only several dozen townhomes were constructed before development stopped in the community. Townhomes in Randall Highlands are arranged in 4-unit buildings and feature lots of space and modern features.
