The Reserves at Tanner Trails is a new home community located among the fields in westernmost North Aurora. It offers many new construction options from the $300,000 range to the $500,000 range. Although this subdivision is considered a different community, it shares its name and location with the neighboring subdivision of Tanner Trails.
