The crews are already clearing the land and the utility companies are on site as I write this. This new subdivision is the latest for Orland Park. The new models that are going in are Thomas Scott, Ashley Rose & Connor James, Wilshire and Richmond. I am told that the first finished model will be completed by the end of May 2013. Ashley Oaks is a distinct community of just 10 custom-built homes that will be nestled within other well established communities.
