With the existing number of homes for sale that puts Brook Hills market supply between 16 months to 17 months. November 2012 Orland Park Market Report Let's take a look at what has happened over the past few years in Orland Park. In Nov. 2012 Orland Park the average price was $311,792 which is up from Nov. 2011 with an average price of $289,950. With the exception of an odd spike in Nov. 2010 the average and median prices are pretty consistent since Nov. 2009. What does this mean for Orland Park Real Estate prices? Orland Park Snowman Building ContestAs a kid what was your favorite part of December and Christmas? There was so much I can't pinpoint one thing. Remember snowball fights, ice skating, sledding, snow forts, Christmas decorating, less school work and parties, snow days, Christmas vacation, opening presents, the anticipation of Christmas morning and of course don't forget Frosty. Building the biggest and sometimes craziest snowman on the block. As much fun as that was a big part of that was warming up to hot chocolate with marshmallows. Because of a health scare over a year ago I have decided to live my life as toxic free as possible.  This has affected my social drinking (from very little to none), my eating (trying to eat gluten-free and organic, at least for the dirty dozen), my make-up products (all non-toxic according to The Cosmetic Database) and no longer dying my hair.  To me, this has made a dramatic difference in my photos and it has taken a long time to grow out my beloved red to my current gray (with a bit of faded red at the ends that haven't been cut off yet). The following data shows market trends for single family Orland Park homes from 12/1/2011 through 2/29/2012. It's easy to see that there are more listings coming on the market as we get closer to our more active spring and summer markets. January took a nosedive with the amount of homes that actually sold.  Thankfully, that trend shot back up in February.
