Roselle IL Homes - Roselle IL Real Estate Market Update 2010 How to describe this market for Roselle IL Homes?  Unfortunately, up ... down ... all around!Over the final quarter of 2010, inventory for Roselle IL Homes was up substantially to 20.5 then down to 9.7 months then ending up at 12.0.  Where did a large portion of these homes go?  I think that sellers have taken their homes off the market and decided not to move or the sellers have become 'reluctant' landlords in order to continue with their future plans.  The problem is not solved, only postponed to a future date when the lease expires.  There is also another reason that's a little more tragic.  Pre-foreclosures are waiting for the legal process to take place, the property seized, cleaned up and then put on the market again for...

What's wrong with this picture? Literally?  Notice anything odd for a new listing in January?  Now, you're starting to get it - that's right, where's the snow?  I don't know what's come over everyone in my area recently but more and more new listings actually have leaves on the trees.  What a special listing it is!  None of my listings have a nice green lawn & leafy trees.I can understand putting one summer picture of the great deck & backyard showing how it 'could' look.  But these are the 'main picture'.  It's supposed to represent how the house looks 'today'.   Maybe they are just optimists and can't wait for Spring to arrive?I didn't get the memo but it's just ...... not ..... right.               Sources: MRED
