Hawthorn Club in Vernon Hills - a wonderful family subdivision. I first encountered the delightful Hawthorn Club   subdivision in Vernon Hills because of my love of golf. The neighborhood is tucked behind the Vernon Hills Golf Course, a terrific public course. Hawthorn Club Subdivision in Vernon Hills  is located off of Evergreen Road and Route 45, nestled away from traffic and edged on one side by the golf course. Hawthorn  Club,  an inviting neighborhood with 276 homes was built in the late 1980s and early 1990s. All of the homes are spacious with nice-sized lots.
