Welcome back to Granite Heroes blog. in this article I will tell you what we did for a customer in Winfield, Il 60190. When we first visited the client we explained upfront on how we would do things step by step. We made sure the client understood the process and she decided to move forward. The contractors before us, had done a horrible job.    Jim took over the job and started doing the demo work and did everything he could do in one day. Since we had to order new tiles we came back a week later to finish the job. Our client was very picky in how she wanted the tile layed. We did do a pattern and it turned out great.On the last day we were able to cut the tile and lay it down according to how the client wanted it to look.
