Previewing a vacant house but no it had company a furry black cat

I was previewing a house that I thought might be nice for my buyers. the house was suppose to be vacant. I fumbled with the lock and finally got it open. I stepped in and then heard this awful cry like a very upset screeching cat lion tiger. I stepped out side promply and walked back toward my car and called my husband. I told him I was at a house that was suppose to be empty but their was a very loud cat in the house. He took down my address in case I got into trouble and then I called the showing service. I told the lady who took my call about the cat and asked if there was anyone living in the house. She said she didn't think so but would call the listing agent. She called back and said that there wasn't suppose to be any cat there, so I asked her to stay on the phone while ...
