 We make every effort to visit each of our home buyer clients at their new property in person after the sale. Usually, we give them a few weeks to get settled in after their move and call them to make an appointment to stop by and see how things are going, bring them a housewarming gift, answer any questions that they may have now that the real estate transaction is complete. This is a fun time for us to spend time with them in their home and not talk about real estate lol...however, most times our previous clients are the best sources of new business leads for us.
