Mr. Smith is living out west and relocating to Fort Wayne in the near future.      I haven't blogged about an individual event with the Fort Wayne Philharmonic for  awhile, but this Friday night March 12th could be something special.        Heather Headley, a Northrop High School graduate returns home this week to perform with the Fort Wayne Philharmonic for one show at the Embassy Theatre this Friday night at 8 pm. Tickets can be purchased online through the Philharmonic's website or by calling (260) 481-0777. Spring is in the air here in Fort Wayne! It is a trail that runs along the banks of the St. Mary’s, St. Joseph and the Maumee Rivers.   The Greenway is 19.5 miles and runs through many interesting places in Fort Wayne and New Haven, including Johnny Appleseed’s grave site and the replica of the old fort.     The following data is for 3rd quarter sales in Northwest Allen county Indiana (MLS AL01) including Perry, Lake and Eel River townships).  While deemed reliable data is not guaranteed and represents sales data for single family residence only sold between October 1st and December 31st.        3rd quarter median sales were down slightly at almost 4% year over year,  but as you will see later the increase in volume from 2008 leads me to believe that the market has started to find it's bottom in Northwest Allen County      An increase of 50 units (53%) sold during the same time period, a drop of 22 median days to sell a home and a slight drop in the median price per square foot.  Only time will tell, but with so much inventory coming off the market I would expect to see median prices be... 01/12/2010
