     The following market report includes information about the Carroll Creek neighborhood for the 12 months ended Nov 15 2008 and 2009 for comparison. Carroll Creek is part of a larger association that includes two other neighborhoods  The Lakes of Carroll Creek and The Preserves of Carroll Creek. In all the three neighborhoods will have over 600 homes when fully developed. I'm in my 10th month of being a Realtor here in Fort Wayne.  When I started doing showings I thought that was the most fun part!  Then I started having closings and thought that was the most fun part!  Then I started getting creative with my closing gifts and I have to tell you... THAT IS THE MOST FUN!!!!!!! I started off just getting gift cards for my Buyers.  Then I started taking a picture of them during our final walk through and making post cards with the picture on it and a caption that says "Dave and Emily have moved!"  The cards look something like THIS.  It has return addresses on the back and also our information.  They can send those to all their friends!  Then I really started listening to my clients...      Laurel Ridge is a subdivision in 3 platted sections developed between the late 90's and early 2000's of roughly 200 homesites. Located in Northwest Allen County served by Hickory Center elementary, Carroll Middle School, and Carroll High School of the Northwest Allen County school system.
