William Meadows just closed on his Franklin IN Short Sale purchase:   "I began looking for a home to purchase in August of 2009, and found the perfect house. I called Pam & Heather to inquire about the house, and in a short time got all of my questions answered. I found that the house was in ‘short sale' and didn't really understand the process, but did know that these take a while to workout. Heather offered to show me other homes in this price range because of the length of the typical process, and I appreciated her advanced notice, but the duration of the process was not a critical concern. Pam & Heather were in constant contact with the owners, the bank, and me during the process, both by phone and email. I was able to close on the house in time to secure the New Home Buyer tax cred...

Becuase Christmas is a mere day away, I thought that I would give a few tips to those who have a fur-baby in the house to help them have a Merry Christmas or happy holiday as well. Holiday costumes may be adorable one your dog, but if it has a rubber band to hold it on, remember that rubber bands can embedded themselves into the skin if left on too long.  Plus, your dog or cat could eat it and cause intestinal issues. Confetti and noise makers are fun for humans, but not for pets.  Noisemakers can hurt their delicate sense of hearing.  Confetti falls in the same category as the rubber bands -- tummy trouble is no fun! Chocolate is fatal to both dogs and cats. The scents coming out of the kitchen smell good to your four-legged friends as well.  Make sure that pots, pans and containers ar...

Make sure to bring the kidlets out for early trick or treating in lovely downtown Franklin.  Sunday evening, from 6-7 on East Court Street, several organizations, businesses and people will deck out their cars and hand out treats.  This is sponsored by Franklin Parks and Recreation.  I will be there handing out "ghost" suckers.  Look for the black Santa Fe -- I think that we will decorate with a Hannah Montana theme. Hope to see you there!
