Fieldstone Crossing is Jefferson Township's most popular selling Subdivision for the first half of 2009. For the second year in a row I am tracking sales per Township and Subdivision.  Last year's report can be found here, and at the end of the year I will compile my two reports to give the whole year's view. This year, 8 homes have been sold and range from a 3 bedroom, 1.75 bath and 1910 square feet sold for $195,000 while a 5 bedroom, 3 bath home with 558 square feet of living space fetched $342,500 from a happy home owner.
