 It has been an incredible seller's market here in Indianapolis for the last year.  I have not seen this market before here.  Great for sellers and it can be hard for buyers.  It is very nice to sit and analyze pros and cons on a house here, but that can and has cost some their home with offers constantly going to highest and best if the home is: Priced Right Show Ready Move In Ready or room financially in the transaction for an investor to update and move or rent.
