110 Acorn Dr is a Eudora Kansas real estate foreclosure that originally came on the market at $.  It is appraised at $ (2007) which is based on what seller paid for it in 2006 when it was bought brand new (built in 2005).  For a foreclosure, the seller kept this house in excellent shape during the less than two years he was in this new construction. Buyers are always on the look out for great buys that are in ready to move in condition.  Sometimes properties are available at a reduced price as a short sale listing that is in great shape.  Eudora Kansas real estate could be appraised at $166,240 and I would suggest a short sale offer of $145,300 which would be a bargain. If it had three bedrooms and two baths and over 1500 square feet, and was a home for sale in Eudora, it would be below most other homes for sale there. Eudora properties do not usually have large lots but I can find ones that have more than a third of an acre.  If it has a fenced yard with a storage shed, so much the better. My grandkids, their moms, a daughter-in-law carrying our 7th grand baby, my wife, and a friend of the grand kids went to the Madame Hatter's Tea Room in Eudora Kansas this past week for lunch and tea. The Tea Room is in the old Kaw Valley Bank building on the southeast corner of 7th & Main in Downtown Eudora.  In the old vault are hats, scarves, jewelry, and outfits that everyone can dress up in as they eat and have tea. I got to take these photos of the fun they were having in their dress up and tea. I had to leave after taking the photos to put a SOLD sign in my Eudora Kansas Real Estate 1118 Peach St listing's yard so I didn't get to stay and eat. June 2007 brought the sale of 14 Eudora Kansas homes which is an increase from the 9 homes SOLD in May.  In May the average was $162,078 but this past month the average was only $149,350.Eudora Kansas real estate traditionally has the second largest number of SOLD homes each month in the county and also will usually have the second highest average price of homes SOLD.  Lawrence is number one and Baldwin is number three.In all of Douglas County real estate, $540,000 was the highest price and $40,000 was the lowest price with the average being $194,650.  This compares with $575,000 as the highest price and $46,500 was the lowest price with the average being $187,595 in May.Average DOM (days on market) for the county was 87 vs. May was 88 (homes selling only one day faster).For other June ...
