Buyers are always on the look out for great buys that are in ready to move in condition.  Sometimes properties are available at a reduced price as a short sale listing that is in great shape.  Eudora Kansas real estate could be appraised at $166,240 and I would suggest a short sale offer of $145,300 which would be a bargain. If it had three bedrooms and two baths and over 1500 square feet, and was a home for sale in Eudora, it would be below most other homes for sale there. My grandkids, their moms, a daughter-in-law carrying our 7th grand baby, my wife, and a friend of the grand kids went to the Madame Hatter's Tea Room in Eudora Kansas this past week for lunch and tea. The Tea Room is in the old Kaw Valley Bank building on the southeast corner of 7th & Main in Downtown Eudora.  In the old vault are hats, scarves, jewelry, and outfits that everyone can dress up in as they eat and have tea. I got to take these photos of the fun they were having in their dress up and tea.
