This weekend I was helping another first-time buyer make an offer on yet another house with multiple offers. The house was priced very competitively and was something you usually see on TV, surrounded by a beautiful Overland Park, Kansas, neighborhood that was full of homes that had been restored to their former glory or have been very well maintained over the years, or even lots that have had their former homes torn down and then rebuilt upon. Technology - The Good, The Bad and the Ugly!  Yesterday seemed like a wasted afternoon spent with a cranky piece of technology.  In this business, we allot our time according to some sort of guideline.  Whether it's calling clients, working on files, or whatever we need to get done during the day.  But I doubt we ever allot time JUST for repairing technology.  Spending almost three hours with one technician was the most unusual experience in quite some time.
