Technology - The Good, The Bad and the Ugly!  Yesterday seemed like a wasted afternoon spent with a cranky piece of technology.  In this business, we allot our time according to some sort of guideline.  Whether it's calling clients, working on files, or whatever we need to get done during the day.  But I doubt we ever allot time JUST for repairing technology.  Spending almost three hours with one technician was the most unusual experience in quite some time.
