I love this subdivision! Very close to schools, shops, nice homes for a great price... Prices are right around low to mid 200's. Their website is http://mfhoa.org/index.html This subdivsion has a great community atmosphere. Neighbors are friends, all of their kids play together, they have neighborhood block parties and some good annual events like a neighborhood garage sale. This area was definitely planned with families in mind, as most homes are on a cul-de-sac. If you don't know about the biking/walking/running trails in Shawnee you soon will if you visit this community. A very safe, active atmosphere allows for many fun family activities.
