My Grandson is 5 years old today!!! Wow does time fly!! Happy Birthday to my Grandson, His birthday is on Wednesday,25thof March.  We celebrated on Saturday with a Party at Finley's Roller Rink, in London, Kentucky.  Hunter had a wonderful time withhis Friends and Family!! 'Finley's Fun Center is a wonderful place for Children's  Birthday Parties. I always had my children's Parties there and now my Grandchildren! Hunter received lots of presents and Lots of money too!!! I told him Granny may need to borrow some!! Our Yearly trip with the Kentucky Association of REALTORS (KAR) was a great success.   "Happy Birthday Son"                                                                                                                                     Today is my son's( Geoffrey), Birthday.  And as always the family gets together and has a home cooked meal of the Birthday Person's choice of food.  My son wanted Mexican, so my daughter and I put together a variety of nachos, dip, enchiladas and of course Cake and Ice cream.  I am very proud of my son, he is a wonderful husband and Father and he loves his Country which he has served faithfully. Today is my little girl's Birthday.  The family got together last night for a time of Celebration.  Stephaine, is the oldest of my two children.  I can not begin to tell you how Proud I am of her.  She has always been a loving daughter and always there to lend a helping hand to whom ever may need help. After College she was ready to start her teaching career. Then Maice came along (my first Grandbaby)  I kinda persuaded her to go to real estate school after Macie was born.  You know the line, you can work at your own pace, be your own boss, make your own schedule, you'll have more time to spend with Macie and when she starts school then you can go back to teaching.  So she did, that was 13 years ago and she has been in REAL ESTATE SINCE THEN.   She got her Brokers licenses about 4 years... 02/05/2010

It's been a few years since we have seen this much snow in Kentucky.  It started snow Friday evening and didn't stop til Saturday afternoon.  We have around 6-7 inches of snow.                                 This is Rocky or so this is name I have given Him.  He runs through my front yard several times a day.  My husband keeps a corn box in the back yard for the deer.  But Rocky love corn too!! So the other day when my husband filled the corn box Rocky beat the deer to the corn as you can see, he kinda sits on the box in between eating and watches for the deer.                        Moving to Kentucky Give us a Call!!! 01/03/2010

What a Surprise I received during our Installation of 2010 Officers.  I belong to the Cumberland Valley Board of REALTORS in London, Ky. and have been a member since 1995.  In 2000 I had received REALTOR of the Year and was very honored to be awarded this from my peers.  For the past 14 years I have always had an active part in our Local Board and also in our State Association ( KENTUCKY ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS).  I have served as KAR Delegate at Large for the past 4 years and loved every minute of it.  So it was a total Surprise when My name was called for REALTOR of the Year because to be awarded such an Honor for something you love to do is just Wonderful!!  I want to share this with You!! My Granddaughter had her first "Snowball Dance." Macie is 12 years old going on 21.  Boy does time fly, just seems like yesterday that we were buying stuff animals and Barbie Dolls!!  Macie is a straight A student and Granny is very proud of her and of course Granny thinks she a doll!!  I told My Daughter that I don't envy her on raising a teenager this day and time.  There is just so much out there to protect them from!! Another year has passed and another Great Convention!!! KAR Conventionwas held in Louisville, Kentucky this year.  There were close to 300 new Attendees, and a all time high attendance.  Lots of education, great speakers, and just a good time networking with fellow REALTORS.  President Jeff Smith did a great job this year and we are looking forward to President-Elect John Smithers having a great year in 2010!! My Grandson's First Grade Class went on a Pumpkin Patch Field trip on Friday.  As you can see they had a lot of fun, picking their own pumpkins.  They also rode the Pumpkin Patch Train, feed the ducks, and a great time on their first Field Trip for this School Year.  Hunter also took his younger Brother Kyle on his Field trip.                                                                                       10/10/2009

The New Harley Davidson in London, Ky is open for business!!  I had the opportunity to visit the New Harley Davidson  a few days ago and boy is it a Motorcyclist Dream come true!! Happy 4th of July!!!! I am Proud to be an "AMERICAN" and live in this land that God has so richly blessed.  May GOD BLESS OUR MILITARY and their families. When my son was called to serve in Iraq in 2005 my Daughter, Stephanie and My Best Friend Dura Anne placed YELLOW RIBBONS around THE BIG MAPLE TREE at my Office, USA REALTY.  When my son returned home I was interviewed by the local paper and ask about the Ribbons around the tree and how long I would keep them now that my son was home.  I told the Lady Reporter that I planned to leave them Till all our Troops come Home and so the Tree has never been without YELLOW RIBBONS!  HAVE A WONDERFUL AND SAFE 4TH OF JULY!!      "GOD BLESS AMERICA"                                                                                               MY GR... 07/03/2009

Once again we headed to Lake Barkley for our KAR Summer Meeting.  What a great time, and all the great networking with other REALTORS.
