University of Kentucky Wildcats are awesome.  Who would have thought we would be in the final four NCAA Basketball Tournament, Coach Cal has pulled off a miracle or two with these kids and now we are going to the big dance. Brandon Knight the Kentucky freshman guard added to Ohio State's March misery by knocking down his second game-winner of the postseason, a 15 footer with 5 seconds left to lift the Wildcats to a 62-60 victory over Ohio State. Harrellson had a major influence in the first half, hitting 6 0f 8 shots and making some moves that Ohio State likely didn't believe was in his arsenal.   We finally pulled off a big win today with Brandon Knight scoring 30 points to beat West Virginia 71 - 63.  Now on to the big game with Ohio State.  I don't know if our freshman can handle this big task but they will be in there scratching & clawing for the win.  If we come ready to play it should be a good game.  GO CATS!! 03/19/2011

That's my dog Cocoa.  She has three favorite things to do: •1. Roll in dead things! •2. Roll in poop! •3. Stick her head out the car window at 50 mph! ( she even knows how to roll the window down!) You might ask, "How do you know these are her favorite things?"  How?  I can tell by her actions! One of my fellow agents came in my office to brainstorm how he might help a client.  The conversation went like this: Agent:  "My poor buyer - she got a divorce and her husband was supposed to be making the house payments but quit and now the bank is foreclosing.  Is that going to hurt my buyer's credit?" Military Personnel Can Still Claim The $8,000 Homebuyer Tax Credit Less than two months remain. Eligible persons include members of the uniformed services, members of the Foreign Service, and intelligence community employees who served at least 90 days of qualified, extended duty service outside of the United States between January 1, 2009 and April 30, 2010 (and spouses). The federal home buyer tax credit ranges up to $8,000 for first-time home buyers, and up to $6,500 for existing homeowners. Existing homeowners must have lived in their "main home" through 5 of the last 8 years to be eligible. Claiming the federal tax credit is a two-step process.
