Southdowns average sold price from 2014 to 2015 increased by $7/sf and Median Sales Price increased by $7,198.2015 Southdowns Sales year-to-date include 28 GBRMLS Sales from $159,000 to $837,500, Median Sales Price $297,500, Average Sold Price: $167/sf, Average Sales Price to Listing Price Ratio: 97%, Average Days On Market: 78 Days.
