Vincent Avenue HomesOld Metairie, La 70005    An interesting street that is near the Orleans Parish line. You see a large variety of historic looking homes. Very few are for sale on this steeet. The last 2 sales on Vincent Avenue were in 2015. Both sold within 5 days of being on the market. They sold for 1,789,000 and 1,250,000.       This Avenue has a large variety of home styles which many streets in Old Metairie have in this area. All the houses look different. Beverly Garden Drive Old Metairie HomesBetween I -10 and Metairie Road    Once again a drive down a street in Old Metairie between I-10 and Metairie Road. This drive shows you a variety of homes and so many different ages. One reason you see more older homes is the fact that many of the lots are not very deep. Fewer teardowns because of this factor.      Once you cross Metairie Road the sizes and values tend to rise towards the railroad tracks. As you get closer to Causeway the prices tend to decline in Old Metairie.        Taking the drive and photos gives you an idea of how the areas have developed over time. Old Metairie Country Club580 Woodvine AvenueMetairie, La.  70005      Started in 1922 as a golf course. It features a great golf course, tennis courts, swimming pool, fitness center outside the Country Club. The club itself is great for parties, meetings with great drinks and eats.       We had our Gardner Office Christmas Party here this December. Played tennis twice this month and they have some great courts on which to play. The food was great at the party as was the staff that worked the party.    08/29/2022

Tokalon Place Street HomesOld Metairie Street NeighborhoodsSuch A Variety of Homes          This Street is off Metairie Road towards the Lake. The Street is several blocks long and is a dead end street. The lots are larger than most streets in Old Metairie. You know there is a large variety of homes on this street and many that were torn down and new homes built. The lots are very valuable which makes tearing down the old homes and building new ones a norm.          Take a look at the variety of homes on the street. This happens in Old Metaire a lot but this street has a big variety of homes that vary in age, style, size and current value.        Reviewing a street like this gives you a feel for Old Metairie Real Estate.
