 After answering the prospect's question I asked how she found me. "Well, we typed in the town and you and two other agents showed up. My daughter said  to call you because of all your stars".  Those stars sure weren't from my T-Ball days! It seems that the prospect found me on Zillow. The stars are based on past client reviews. The higher the review, the more stars earned.  I have to admit  not requesting a review after every transaction. With the madness that is 2012 Escrow Land, often this gets pushed to the back-burner.  But with pretty much every consumer online, this needs to take priority.  Odds are this needs to be done very quickly after escrow while the transaction is fresh in the consumer's mind. So why was it so easy to mark two off the list? Because the renters sabotaged the showings! 1) Home One-- "Don't worry Doug, the renter is a nice guy and EZ to work with. You won't know he is there"!
