Orchard Hill Estates - Ashland Massachusetts The community of Orchard Hill Estates is located in the western part of the town of Ashland, Massachusetts not far from the Hopkinton line.  It is one of the largest and most desirable neighborhoods in town.  The streets that make up Orchard Hill are Hardwick Road, Pennock Road, Winesap Way, Orchard Road, Rome Way, Sterling Way and Lorraine Drive.   View a satellite image of this neighborhood.  Originally built by Richmond Development, these homes all have a touch of personal signature to them. Blossom Estates - Ashland Massachusetts Blossom Estates is one of the top neighborhoods in Ashland.  The neighborhood is made of the streets Blue Jay Lane, Primrose Lane, Rossi Lane and Magnolia Pointe.  View a satellite image of the neighborhood. Blossom Estates was built in the late 1990's by H. A.
